THREE LEVELS OF WATCHCARE
The Right Service
for Your Watch's Needs
Each of the three services at Nava Horology is designed around a different level of need. None is a package with unwanted additions — all work is discussed and agreed before it begins.

How the Work Is Done
Regardless of which service is appropriate, the underlying approach is the same: careful, informed, and communicated clearly throughout.
Intake & Photography
Every watch is photographed and logged on arrival. Case condition, dial state, crown, crystal — all noted before anything is opened.
Assessment Under Magnification
The movement is opened and examined fully under stereo magnification before any recommendation is made.
Written Report & Agreement
Findings and recommendations are put in writing. Work only proceeds once the owner has read and agreed to the scope.
Return with Documentation
On completion, the watch is returned with a full service record — what was found, what was done, timing results, water resistance result.

WORKSHOP STANDARDS
What Applies to Every Watch
Secure Handling
Every watch is individually labelled, logged, and kept in secure storage when not on the bench. The workshop is not left unattended during working hours.
Correct Tools Only
No improvisation with inappropriate instruments. All movement work uses watchmaking tools appropriate to the calibre in question.
Rate Verification at Completion
Timing machine results are recorded in multiple positions before any watch leaves the workshop. The owner receives these results.
Written Records
Every watch receives written documentation of its condition on arrival and the work completed. This record goes with the watch on return.
No Unauthorised Work
Nothing is carried out beyond the agreed scope. If something unexpected is found, the owner is contacted before any further work proceeds.
Originality by Default
For collectible watches, we do not alter the visual character of the piece without discussion. Patina, original finishes, and original parts are respected.
