What kinds of watches do you work on?
We focus on mechanical and automatic watches — primarily fine and collectible pieces from established Swiss and Japanese makers. If you are unsure whether your watch falls within our scope, please do get in touch and we will give you an honest answer.
How do I bring my watch in for an inspection?
Simply send us a note or call ahead, and we will arrange a time for you to visit the workshop. We are located on Phra Sumen Road in Phra Nakhon. We ask for an appointment rather than walk-ins so that you receive our full attention when you arrive.
How long does a service typically take?
An opening inspection and basic maintenance generally takes two to four weeks. Mechanical repair and tuning is typically four to eight weeks. Full restoration work on vintage pieces can take longer, depending on what is found and how long parts sourcing requires. We give you an honest estimate at the outset.
Will you start work without my agreement?
No. After the initial inspection we provide a written condition report with our recommendations. Nothing proceeds until you have reviewed it and given your agreement. You are never pressed toward a course of action.
What are your prices?
Our Opening Inspection & Maintenance begins at ฿4,000. Mechanical Repair & Tuning starts from ฿15,500. Restoration & Vintage Stewardship starts from ฿47,500. These are starting points — the final cost depends on what the watch requires, and you will know the scope before work begins.
Is my watch safe at the workshop?
Every watch left with us is individually recorded on arrival, kept in a secure environment, and handled only by the working watchmaker. We treat each piece as the personal item of value it is. If you have questions about our care procedures, please ask.
Do you work on quartz watches?
Our primary focus is mechanical and automatic movements. For fine quartz watches — particularly those with complications or collector interest — we may be able to assist. Please enquire with details of your watch and we will let you know honestly what we can do.
